Scheduling has never been so easy and routing more effective. Other products require more clicks and lack ability to view multiple screens to do what you need to do to perform a call, look up information, schedule and route.  ParaPlan is a great investment and friend to us as we can tailor access to each user from a beginner to a learned scheduler. ParaPlan staff are prompt in support and have worked with us on everything we’d like to see as updates or modules to the software. We can’t function without ParaPlan as it is a great feature for our transportation program.
